Bill came to give us an estimate on replacing r garage door, said he'd be back that Friday,to install a used door he had, this was in July, never came back, I made a half a dozen calls to their office, did get Bill on the phone once, he was extremely rude, our garage door wouldn't open at all, we ended up buying a door and installing it ourselves, 6 months later, extremely poor service.

Beware. I hired Bill to do some work at the house for me. Paid a $4000 dollar deposit. Waited months. Had to call him several times. Finally just asked for my deposit money back since no services or contact had been done or made. Had to go through the hassle of small claims court to get deposit back a year later. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Quality of work was fine. Small job just needed two small repairs done before listing the house. Took about 45 minutes and labor was $100 (we provided all supplies) . The repairman took off before bringing up any form of payment, actually didn't notify me at all he was done and just left. I assumed a bill would be sent and it was. A few days go by and DW was calling frequently asking about payment. YES WE WILL GET IT TO YOU. Paid within 14 days of work done, and 10 days of receiving the bill.
