I called DWHannig about having a survey of our property in Cazenovia ny. The lead time was to far out, so I said I'd find another surveyor to do job. I did call another company and they came out the same day (same company that did original survey 12 months earlier, he just replaced missing flags at no charge).Two weeks later a truck from Hannig shows up at my home with 2 men. I advised that they had the wrong address, I never requested work at my home, only made a phone call inquiry. The worker said, "must be another office ... read more
hidden cost This company did the land survey for my new house and we paid them with my closing cost. When I asked them to come and stake my property, they charged us another $400 without my agreement. Be sure to ask them HOW MUCH THEY'LL CHARGE YOU every time you call for something!
