Today DW Grout came to remediate an issue on my roof. The plumber Nick, was kind, helpful, efficient, pleasant and answered all my questions. Excellent service. Thank you. 2 years ago...Took a few days for a plumber to be assigned my job but the fellow who came was pleasant and efficient. Job done satisfactorily
Would not recommend this plumber, charged us nearly $800 for a quote to repair pipe work on a sewerage line, yet has failed to complete or forward quote, despite multiple communications in past 6 Months. Seem there’s more money to be made by charging to quote (without even fulfilling this commitment) than actually completing the work and looking after customers. Six months on and we still have no response. Save yourself some stress, don’t bother!
DW Grout was recommended to me by a family member. They were really consistent and clear with their communication, punctual and l found them to be pragmatic and reasonable to deal with. Both Josh and Ben were lovely.
Highly recommend DW Grout. I had a leaking toilet with a faulty flush. Because of the position of the toilet, not all new units would work in the spot. They recommended a replacement unit that has turned out to be great. The installation job was excellent. Fast, efficient, responsive. Very happy!
