Benchmark has worked with Nick and his team for several years. DW Grout are our only plumbing suppliers. On commercial properties we just need results and Nick provides that.

Ben did an amazing job on a difficult pool pipe leak on a Friday afternoon. Even when he got completely drenched he remained polite, thorough and very professional with a successful fix. Will be calling again next plumbing requirement.

I am so happy to have been steered toward DW Grout for problems at my property at Bracken Ridge, which required major works (over $9K). Other companies I dealt with first charged too much for camera work and didn't provide footage. Crazy. By contrast not only was DW Grout cheaper but they deducted the cost of the necessary camera work, after I accepted their quote for the works.
