Took a complain about 2 maintenance workers taking pictures with their phones of a female packer's behind. Nothing was done. Patty from HR said "I dropped the ball", D&W provides help to our immigrants by providing workers who are majority undocumented, and I thank them for it.
Took a complain about 2 maintenance workers taking pictures with their phones of a female packer's behind. Nothing was done. Patty from HR said "I dropped the ball" ,.....and here I am a year later as employee of the month in a job that treats it's employees fair. Since the majority are illegal they can't stand up for themselves. And have to put up with the arrogant management, including plant manager and HR. Then wounder why so many accidents in the 6 years I was there,
