Bought a new onebox, was told by the lady on the phone that this had a 3 year warranty, Istarted having parked regen at 1 year 6 months- called about warranty replacement and was told she no longer works there and the warranty is only 1 year - Now it's 2 years and I'm right back where I started with 2 to 3 regens a week making my truck unreliable and a fixing price of 11k again - Thanks for standing behind your product, They say they've never had issues with these units.. guess I'm the exception.
Purchased 2 discharge pumps from them. 1st pump worked great no issues. 2nd pump leaks worse than the pump we sent them as core. Zero customer support in regards to warranty.
