Being in property management for some time now we have used a few different cleaning companies. When we first used Deanna's company we held them to the same standard we were use to. DW Cleaning broke that mold for us! Every unit they have cleaned for us has been amazing. They are very flexible on dates and times which is amazing. DW Cleaning met all of my expectations! The very first thing that impressed me was they asked me if there were any specific concerns I had before they even got started. Once they began, they were very detail oriented and thorough. They spent many hours making sure the house looked and smelled clean to get it ready for the real estate market. I am actually a REALTOR and will definitely be recommending them to all my clients from now on.
If there was an option to give them negative stars I would. There was a no call no show! Very unprofessional! No misunderstanding since you're the one who rescheduled it to July 4th on Tuesday when you originally cancelled on Monday. Then when I tried to post a review on your page on Facebook, you blocked me and my husband so the other customers cannot see what kind of business you have, which is terrible.
Deanna is a wonderful person and does a fantastic job! She is unbelievably thorough and reliable as well as reasonably priced. I highly recommend her company!
