Ramesh did a very good job. He is meticulous in serving the aircon and kept the work area clean. Highly recommended
Truly unacceptable and frustrating customer service. After providing details (including photos / videos) about the type of air-con and repeatedly emphasising that I had high ceilings, the technicians: 1. Showed up 30 minutes late for the appointment (which can be forgiven as it was raining) 2. Did not bring the tall ladder (even though I reminded them on the day of the servicing) 3.
