DW Air Specialists have serviced our Garden City home for many years. They have always provided prompt, professional service. Most recently they installed a new Heil 2.5 ton coastal heat pump to replace a 9 year old unit. Their sales approach is honest, straight forward and not high pressure like that of several other local HVAC suppliers (think “let me call my manager to see if I can get you a better price.”) We have found their pricing to be very competitive. We highly recommend DW Air Specialists.
If there was zero stars, that is what I would give them. They installed My HVAC system one year ago and never followed up, nor have they serviced the unit since it was installed, However, the price I paid included service for three years I have called multiple times and never get an answer, only a machine. The sales person has disappeared into thin air. Would definitely not recommend them! Wish I had gone with another company who is reputable. Before you use them, check out their location and office. Terrible!
Still waiting on them. They were suppose to be here on Friday. They called and said there crew was sick and stated they would be here on Monday. Well today is Wednesday evening. Maybe they will be here tomorrow which will be Thursday, if not I would contact them again.
Our system was replaced a couple of months ago. My heating bill for Dec was much lower than before. This past month was quite surprising how low it was. Only 115.00 for under 3,000 sq ft. Not to mention they are polite, on time, and stand behind their work.
