The ground staff at the Amazon DV7 warehouse in Langley consistently act entitled and show a lack of respect toward Flex drivers. Instead of maintaining a professional and cooperative environment, many staff members come across as dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Flex drivers are there to support the operation, yet the attitude from some of the ground staff makes the experience frustrating and unwelcoming. This location would greatly benefit from improved training in communication, professionalism, and basic courtesy
