Nice clean environment landlord goes above and beyond for the tenants she does what others do not! She helps them with personal matters when she can as well and interpret their mail for them things she doesn't have to do but does because she's too kind!! That's just one example she does much more!!
Worst place to live in. Unless you're ready for them to fix nothing and then rob your deposit money. They charged $275 to clean the 2 bedroom apartment. Mind you I cleaned it thoroughly. And in the contract it stated only a $50 cleaning fee. BEWARE BEFORE LIVING THERE!
Don't live here, but I visit my friend. It's okay, I guess.
