Diamond vehicle solutions have been absolutely fantastic, my stepson was buying his first car, so I found a VW polo 1ltr from Diamond, and from start to finish staff were brilliant. They let me check the car over, take it for a test drive (no questions asked) they guided my stepson through all the paperwork, even helping him with all the HP process. Bought a hyuandi in august 2024. Upon arrival there was no one there. I thought I was at the wrong place. Eventually someone turned up. I noticed that it was a small car park with all the cars packed in. My car was right at the back in the corner. He had to manoeuvre cars out the way to get the car out. Weather wise was dull and raining. Not ideal but I noticed that the rear window wiper was damaged and needed replacing. To which I notified the seller and was given refund for the wiper replacement.
