I’ve had Dallas service my home twice. Once to install a gas line and once for an emergency heating situation. He is always courteous, prompt and exceptionally knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had been using a larger company out of Manhattan but since finding and using DVN it’s cut my cost down by half and I feel I get better service. Was told that there was 2 more calls than he would be over. I called about 6:00 to see if he still planed on coming and asked him to call me one way or another. Never showed up or called. Will call someone else next time
Came out on a Friday and fixed my AC in under an hour. Explained clearly what went wrong and what was the cause. My go to guy for HVAC and plumbing.
