They were very sweet, but sadly, the person that did my hair didn't seem experienced at all, so I finished my service, tipped, and left quite disappointed. I had to get my hair fixed the next day by another stylist in another shop.

I decided to try a new salon around my way. I ended up here and asked for a keratin treatment. The hair dresser left the treatment on my hair for so long most of my hair fell out and left a bald spot on the side of my head. A chunk of my hair was also broken in half and left strands standing up like a bad hair cut. After I told her what she did she accused me of coming in that way.
