I was scheduled for a full highlights and cut and style. My highlights came out horrible. You can tell she did not let them process all the way. Underneath was blonde and as it goes to the top they are super orange. I hadn't had my hair done in a while and told her that in all the messages and was excited for a salon experience. After the highlights she cut my hair and then told me she didn't have time to style. Diana 1) didn’t finish my hair and 2) scheduled appointments during my own appointment 3) thought my name was Jennifer 4) burnt my scalp with the hairdryer 5) left me looking like a highlighted wig (not what I was going for). Full disclosure I called in 3 times to make sure my month ahead appointment would go smoothly and I ended up spending 90$ on an unfinished hair job LOL. She rushed my hair, then told me that my hair would take another appointment after telling me that at least it looked better than when I came in. Cool.... read more
