This company will just waste your time. It took about week just for them to initially call me back. Then they scheduled a consultation for the following week. They ended up cancelling on me about 4 times over the span of 3 or 4 weeks (each with different reasons or excuses). Once we finally had a FaceTime consultation, they told me they would send me the bid/quote the following week. Well it has now been a month later and still have not received my quote/bid. Short Version - If you have a construction project, give DVc3 a call! They came recommended by a neighbor and our experience with DVc3 was positive from the very start. Detailed Version - Our neighbor was completing a major add-on to their home and I asked the owner of the house about it as we were looking to add on a suite for my parents. A neighbor was having some major construction added to their existing home and we asked them who was doing the work. They told us about DVc3 and Dean Vetter and how happy they were with the work and the communication. We hired DVc3 to add a large in-law suite and are glad we did. They were the only construction company that got the ball rolling. They were knowledgeable in the architecture and permitting phase and if anything was not to our liking, Dean had it fixed...even to the point of ripping out an entire shower and redo... read more
