David did an awesome Job repairing our AC unit. We used DVAC for coil replacement on the upstairs furnace a year ago and it’s still working great. We recently had an issue with the downstairs unit which David quickly identified as a bad capacitor. Quick change out and we are back running at an affordable price. Highly recommend DVAC.
Had a service contract with David for my business where they did quarterly preventative maintenance yet every year we had massive AC outages in the summer. Beginning of this summer we had more of the same issues with the air being out and David came out several times telling me it was the thermostat etc and never fixing the problem but charging me for every service call. David was great and went above and beyond to resolve our issues quickly. He was knowledgeable and very responsive.
David serviced my house in June 2022 and after several trips, he actually made the issue worse. I paid him over $800 and instead of listening to my concerns about the system being worse, he acted annoyed with me and did nothing to resolve the issue. David failed to stand behind his service and the money I paid him. I had to hire another technician who was able to resolve the problem. Look elsewhere.
