I was in an accident so dv came and towed my vehicle... They had my car fer 8 days my tags were expired and all my stuff was still in back of car... That I really needed... You need current reg to get into vehicle so the website said.. When I talked to them they were always polite.. Answered my questions.. Went to see if I could do anything else to get into car.. Lady told me of a title summary.. Went to 3rd. Party got that went to other yard to pick up.. They were very nice as well .. Easy peasy .. Man made my stress go way... read more
Teach your drivers some patients. Cutting people off at a red light is diabolical.
They drive like absolute Maniacs while towing!!
Terrible customer service. I called multiple times before driving over 1 hour to this location. They waste your time, and take your money. I would personally never recommend to family, friends, loved ones, or anyone you truly care for.
