I’ve called this place to several times today and they answer and put you on hold for a long time and never come back to the phone. It doesn’t even sound as if they working no professionalism at its finest. What kind of place is this. Would this be a place that brings on more stress to the customer because they definitely don’t give concern customer service. If I can give them a -(0) for a review I would.

I was in a car accident and Phoenix police said they’d tow my car through DV Towing. Worst mistake made. They damaged my car in the tow and won’t own up to it. Insurance and Caliber Collision shop already ruled that it was not caused by the accident. The owner swears up and down that it’s from the accident, the front chrome piece was broken and the front dumper of the car was scratched. Extremely rude & talk down to you when asking simple questions. They don't care about you or your property. Worst service I have ever received!

Crooks found my stolen car and didn't notify me.They hurried and asked for a reissued title for the car without notification to me.No call/mail/email.They sold my car to auction.
