This company will steal items of value and then blame homeless people, even though their property is secured and monitored. I have had two jumper packs stolen from two separate vehicles involved in two separate accidents. They depend on people's unwillingness to go through the stress of documentation and theft reporting. It is a very predatory company, preying on other people's tragedies and misfortunes. Phoenix Police need to investigate them and dissolve their contract.

At DV towing on Maryland. was the towing office I ever been too. The woman that works there was very professional in her job. She looks like she love her job. She even made me feel comfortable when I was upset. She even talk to me like I been knowing her for some years. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.

I’ve called this place to several times today and they answer and put you on hold for a long time and never come back to the phone. It doesn’t even sound as if they working no professionalism at its finest. What kind of place is this. Would this be a place that brings on more stress to the customer because they definitely don’t give concern customer service. If I can give them a -(0) for a review I would.

I was in a car accident and Phoenix police said they’d tow my car through DV Towing. Worst mistake made. They damaged my car in the tow and won’t own up to it. Insurance and Caliber Collision shop already ruled that it was not caused by the accident. The owner swears up and down that it’s from the accident, the front chrome piece was broken and the front dumper of the car was scratched.
