Daphne was an absolute blessing She helped me a lot through the small crisis that was occurring at the time period she showed above and beyond professionalism and customer service and definitely showed a lot more human connection than any other place that I’ve been to
Don't use DV towing. My son was a passenger in a accident and the vehicle was towed to their yard. I need to retrieve his keys to his car (fell out during the crash). I advised that I could bring his log book for his car AND drive it down there with the spare set so that he could prove that the keys lost in the accident were actually his. Common sense does not prevail with this company. So sad that a simple request that would make life easier for everyone involved gets wrapped in procedural tape.
My son is just trying to make an honest living he was in a car accident his car was taken to this company by the traffic cop. The workers here broke into his trunk and took his work tools. What’s even more disturbing is that when we brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, they admitted the company isn’t known for being reliable. That alone speaks volumes.
