While driving on Pinnacle Peak Rd, a Deer Valley Towing employee, John, intentionally struck my passenger side mirror with a broom extended at shoulder level into the roadway, causing damage and completely breaking off my side view mirror as well as scratches on my door frame from the broom I documented everything with photos and have a police reference number. I was involved in a car accident on 2/14/26 and they towed my vehicle to the glendale location. I was finally able to retrieve my vehicle on 2/17/26 since they were closed on sunday and presidents day. Once i towed my vehicle back to my house after paying a ridiculous amount ($300+) THEY STOLE MY 3 TON JACK, UP AIR DOWN KIT, AND 3 KNIVES. plus they also dig through all of my stuff in the trunk and threw everything i had in the backseats and in the front seats. horrible service tried lying to me overcharging the fee to give possession to them they do very illegal and shady things here if your car is towed here call the dmv ASAP for details on what to do and not get screwed over by these horrible people
