The rating score on this establishment speaks for itself. No one, not the city, not the government, not banks, not insurance companies should ever due business with this company. There policy for personal property redemption is ridiculous. You can have your ID, your passport, your insurance paper work, your birth certificate, 100's of pictures with your car and they can even confirm that your phone in your vehicle had your picture and they will still not allow you to redeem your personal property. Refused to give me my car back with the documents they told me they needed.
I have had a couple company vehicles impounded by this company. It is almost impossible to get them out (BEWARE)!! Every time we get a car impounded we bring in the exact documents they need (we call before to confirm). Then when we show up they tell us it’s not the right documents or we need more documents. It takes anywhere between 5-10 visits with new or modified documents in order to get a car out. If your car gets impounded here, good luck… they will probably not give you your car back..
