We originally signed our mowing contract with Doug Vargo, the original owner of DV Lawn Maintenance. We agreed on a rate and paid in full for the entire mowing season. Then suddenly at the beginning of August, we get an unprofessional-looking letter in the mail telling us that the business has been taken over by a new owner, Michael Butcavage, and he wants a copy of our contract.
