I am trying to figure out how these people got a five star rating. They told us we had to pay for service in advance. We did and they skipped out with some of our money. They did not perform one of the services and when we tried to contact them by phone we couldn't leave a message because their message center was full. No doubt people like me who were trying to find out why they had stop coming and kept the money. We even sent several texts and there was no response.
