Customer service is terrible! Shopping for a gift, I asked their online chat person which pillow was best for a side sleeper and his reply was extremely dismissive - saying there was no way he could help that I needed to go into a store even though I don't have a store near me. Also, am I supposed to bring the person I'm buying the gift for into the store??? And if he looked at my account he would see I order exclusively online.
Amazing down pillows and Jim was extremely friendly, patient and knowledgeable! Would definitely come back when I’m next in the market for a mattress
My husband & I bought our king size Dux over 20 years ago (almost 22!). There isn’t a day that goes by where I am not thankful to my husband for walking me into this store around the corner from our place on 22nd St & PAS. Such a lovely store in Flatiron, been there for about 25 (or close to years)! Their products are bar none. My husband and I could not stand the feeling of these mattresses. I know some people are true fans, but clearly does not work for everyone.
