I had an extremely disappointing experience with attorney Marc Duxbury. From the start, his behavior was incredibly unprofessional—every other word out of his mouth was an expletive, making it difficult to take him seriously. Mark was very easy to work with. When we first spoke over the phone, he gave my wife and me all the details we needed and made us feel reassured that help was available. Worst attorney I’ve ever encountered. 9 out of 10 times I got off the phone with him I was in tears because of how he talked talked to and treated me. My son’s Dad is a felon who beat me and broke my nose (along with serving 13 years in prison and 6 prior DV charges) yet Marc brought non of that up in court.
