I went here for an annual eye exam. The front office assistant was very professional and friendly. The doctor was frustrated by my asking questions, she didn't take the time to review my current prescription, and didn't explain why she was recommending a new reading prescription when I can read quite fine without my glasses. When I asked for clarification on explanations of my current eye problems she was condescending and rude. I mispronounced blepharitis and she pretended she didn't know what I was talking about. Dr Grace and her team are the absolute best! They take the time to listen and they truly care about the patients. I would highly recommend them above all others.
So refreshing to 1) be greeted and started right away 2) be offered state-of-the-art technology and 3) have a doctor that took her time to fully test and explain everything. A throwback to before doctor's offices felt like train stations. Highly recommend.
