Constructed approximately 4 years ago, this medium rise residential tower looks to be of high quality finishes and materials. Containing secure undercover parking and entry to the building, it appears to be very safe (even given the surrounding area which is dubious). I would not hesitate to live in this building that also has an outdoor pool and barbecue area overlooking the surrounding suburbs.
