Duwamish Yacht Club has been trying to dredge for over a decade. They have collected money from members for over a year and still do not have permits, and have extended the project to 2027. They are continuing to advertise slips to people without fully explaining the dredge project and the contamination issues. We left in November 2024 after realizing they were collecting non-refundable payments from members without having all bids in place. This yacht club has been collecting money for a dredge project that doesn’t even have permits. There is no option for a refund. They will just hold onto your money while your boat continues to sit in the mud. The board is disorganized and the dredge has been an issue since 2011. Don’t believe the information they tell you. We were told the dredge would be $10k but it’s now over $30k!! Buyer beware!!!
