I have had Duvel for 10 plus years! They have gone down hill very fast! When I bought my house 2 years ago he told to go drive around and show him where the fire hydrants were located. For 3 weeks he could not give an answer if he could insure the property! I called another agent and within 10 minutes I was told State Farm does not insure in that area. 6 months late he Tried to bill me the insurance on the house I told him I sold. If you want good insurance by really nice people, State Farm Insurance at 3710 W. Greenway Rd. is the place to go! Duvel and Cindy were the nicest people to talk too. They went over everything with us and helped with the best coverage we were looking for. They made us feel all most like family instead of customers.
