I have had Duvel for 10 plus years! They have gone down hill very fast! When I bought my house 2 years ago he told to go drive around and show him where the fire hydrants were located. For 3 weeks he could not give an answer if he could insure the property! I called another agent and within 10 minutes I was told State Farm does not insure in that area. 6 months late he Tried to bill me the insurance on the house I told him I sold.
