Duvanco makes a great home but when it comes to deficiencies they are unreliable . They admitted to the install of the pantry door being installed backwards. After 5 years of trying to get it fixed eventually indicated they refused to. No drain in basement and when installed 5 years later it is raised not flush causing trip Hazzard or breakage as it is plastic. Toilet doesnt flush properly and hasnt but because it worked when handyman was here (not a plumber) it wasnt their issue. I since, at my expense, had a plumber identi... read more
Our Duvanco homes house is beautiful and their customer service is excellent. Their tradesmen are the best and their building products are top of the line. I would buy another Duvanco home.
