They selling brand new what they call 'purpose built duplex' that they just built. But no separate water lines gas lines no separate electric lines its all shared. Too many 1 star reviews so not worth the time so we having a different local builder build us a proper one.

Duvanco makes a great home but when it comes to deficiencies they are unreliable . They admitted to the install of the pantry door being installed backwards. After 5 years of trying to get it fixed eventually indicated they refused to. No drain in basement and when installed 5 years later it is raised not flush causing trip Hazzard or breakage as it is plastic. Toilet doesnt flush properly and hasnt but because it worked when handyman was here (not a plumber) it wasnt their issue. I since, at my expense, had a plumber identi... read more
