Mr Duvall has been my mechanic for several years, It began when a problem presented and the dealership couldn't find the problem. Mr Duvall took my car for a test drive and immediately explained what the problem was, gave me an estimate, fixed the problem , His rates are more than reasonable, he completed the repair in a timely manner, was courteous and most of all honest, I recommend him for all your mechanical repairs. He has always been honest timely and fair to me and my family, He is an excellent mechanic.
Broke down doesnt mean pocket book Broke – We broke down on IL 155 Rons towing suggested Duvall Automotive. We had a bad alternator. Dave sent it to be tested and repaired instead of just having me purchase a new one. He Saved Me BIG money. Fair Honest Hard working and timely. Wish we had a Duvall automotive in my town. Service done right – I have known Dave Duvall for several years after having met him when I took my car to his shop for repairs. Awesome customer service!! – I broke down on I-55 late one evening when I was travelling from St. Louis to Champaign. I was somewhat in a panic because I needed to get back to Champaign due to a sudden illness in my family. A state trooper phoned a tow service for me and I expected to be stuck in a hotel for who knew how long until my car could be fixed.
