I had used Duvall's once or twice for small repairs and it all went well. I took my 2011 Ford Sport Trac in to get the radiator replaced. When i picked it up the price was reasonable. I started to drive away and my truck's engine was cutting in and out and running very rough. I went back in to ask WTH and he told me he had sat the old radiator on top of the engine while he put the new one in and some of the water leaked onto my engine. Good people!!! The Owner Billy is very friendly and straight up about any issues you have with your vehicle. If he can fix it, he will and if he can't he will tell you he can't.
