I have used Duvall as a leak service for several seasons. Time came for a full liner replacement. Duvall met the dates they shot from the hip and seemed transparent and fair about pricing. The installers were on time, knowledgeable, and left a tidy site. I will continue to contact Duvall for my pool maintenance needs.
Everyone at Duvall was very responsive and seemed to care about fixing our leak. The technician, Cody, was a great communicator and responsive to my (many) texts. A bonus: THEY FIXED THE LEAK!!! I’m also grateful that there’s a 90 day warranty on the work. I will certainly feel confident to call them again the next time there’s a problem.
Hands down the BEST pool company! Professional, reliable, and their work is flawless. Communication was clear from start to finish and they went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
Colin and Evan did a fantastic job cleaning my sisters pools!!!! Cliff Duvall did a foundation leak at my house last year and was right on the money and saved me thousands. Also Ian at the retail store tested our water and did not try to screw us over. We ended up buying a brand new robot pool cleaner from them and it has been the best purchase ever!
Very nice and professional company. Colin was sent out to clean my pool and completely transformed it. He went above and beyond and found things that I didn't even know needed to be fixed. Fantastic company would recommend to anyone looking for a pool cleaning
