I just had my first massage with Ilana and it was exhilarating. I literally had to adjust the rear view mirror in my car because I was sitting taller, no longer being crunched up and stiff. She’s just a lovely human whose very presence is healing. I’ll be returning regularly!
My massage from Ilana Grace gave me permission to experience emotional release and to allow energy to flow through me in a way that felt very healing in a lasting way. Ilana's massage is intuitive, deeply connected and very relaxing. I love the long strokes she uses, they make you feel the continuity of your body and create a very nice flow. She can also be very specific when she finds a point that needs more attention; she is fully present and invites you to also be, breathe deeply and release. Her pace is amazing. I love that I am getting back to my regular massages with her.
