This is a 3-star due not to the service, nor the people, but the gouging. I had nickels under $3000 of service done to my 2014 Jeep Cherokee with just under 100K miles on it. It's a creampuff, lovingly maintained through 3 prior owners, the last of which was a guy who bought elderly Jaguars, stripped them down to the frame, all of which metal parts he then sandblasted and repainted, and rebuilt them to Concours competition condition. I just wanted to say thanks to the guys in your service department. Today was a bad day for me and the cherry on top was, as we were traveling through this town, I had some issues arise which looked like some transmission issues. I was about 2 hours from home and they agreed to take a look at it for me even though they were busy. My "Bonnie Blue Boy" is in the hospital and he is very sick. Somehow he got a hole in his oil pan lost all of his oil, and his engine burned up. Luckily, he has great insurance that covers him for all major repairs. But, I sure do miss my boy. Thank God that his insurance also covers a rental truck. He had to have major surgery. They had to take his entire cab off to take out the old engine and get him ready for his brand new engine. He should be home and well sometime next week we hope. My mom got a flat tire on her jeep across the street from the dealership. AAA said it would be 9 hours until they could show up to help her, the dealership had someone walk over within 15 minutes to help her put on her spare. Thank you!
