I had an issue with my vehicle and had it towed to this dealership. The vehicle was making a grinding noise from one of the wheels. They said they were busy and probably couldn’t work on it until the next day at the earliest. But BJ had one of her techs take a quick look at it and the issue was gone. The tech said the noise was most likely from a small rock caught between the brake rotor and the dust shield and probably fell out while being transported to the dealership. I was there in July had a wonderful sales man , Alex. He was most helpful.
Not sure this will happen to everyone, but my brakes needed replaced before I could return home to New Orleans. Online they couldn’t take me for a week, but were nice to let me drop off my Tahoe and offered to get it done the next day. They ended up getting the work done the same day and I am back on my schedule to return home on time. 5 Stars, excellent customer service.
