My sales person Seth went out of his way to take care of my concerns
I had an issue with my vehicle and had it towed to this dealership. The vehicle was making a grinding noise from one of the wheels. They said they were busy and probably couldn’t work on it until the next day at the earliest. But BJ had one of her techs take a quick look at it and the issue was gone. The tech said the noise was most likely from a small rock caught between the brake rotor and the dust shield and probably fell out while being transported to the dealership.
