I was there in July had a wonderful sales man , Alex. He was most helpful.
Not sure this will happen to everyone, but my brakes needed replaced before I could return home to New Orleans. Online they couldn’t take me for a week, but were nice to let me drop off my Tahoe and offered to get it done the next day. They ended up getting the work done the same day and I am back on my schedule to return home on time. 5 Stars, excellent customer service.
Over $2500.00 to change fluids and filters (including transmission and differentials 4x4), replace 2 rotors and pads on a 2007 Chevy 3500HD It took 8 hours, claimed they were waiting on rotors It seems to me they could have done a lube job like they said they were going to do but didn’t, while they were waiting on rotors Also, I asked for the brakes to be done on the rear, but they weren’t, I was not charged for the rear brakes though We’ll see if they still pulse as I go through the mountains this week
Traveling through and broke down. The ladies in service got me in right away and the techs diagnosed and fixed my truck within hours! Can’t say enough good about this dealer!
