Great service, great people very professional
My 2020 ford ecosport was on recall however while on a trip out of town my motor blowed causing me to have to leave it with Duvall Ford they gave me a loaner. When I got my car back there was a jerk when climbing up hills and of course they were closed when I got there to pick up my car so I couldn't turn around and return it. Now a few weeks later my car started leaking water and it was discovered they did not put the cover to my engine back on.
