Since the receptionist quit we’ve had nothing but issues with this orthodontist. Our last visit we were in there for over 2hours, waiting room was over flowing with people when normally we are in & out in less than 15minutes with no wait. No one answers the phones & they are never open. My sons missed their last appt because of a family emergency & we can’t get anyone to answer or be in the office to reschedule another appt. It’s ridiculous at this point.
Casey was amazing. If it wasn’t for Casey I would have been left! She was the most consistent best thing to this Albany practice. She works hard and cares! It shows as well. The Albany office is limited. Doctor is hardly there! I was about to be out of braces before time. I advise doing further research. I also had an issue with the Warner Robins office not filing my insurance. Rhonda told me it was my job to follow up with my insurance. She was very rude and unprofessional. Great service
The main reason I come here for my kids is because of the superior excellent customer service that I receive from Casey who works so diligently behind the front counter and in the back. Yes she does it all! She has a way with all her customers that turns into a great friendship. Every time I enter the office she makes the atmosphere so pleasant. I tell her all the time she deserves a raise. If I ever get the opportunity I will definitely steal her to come work for me!!
Great office! The staff, especially Casey, is AWESOME. Always flexible if I need to adjust my appointment. Super friendly. My daughter’s teeth look great. Took less time than expected. ♥️Highly recommend.
