When I took my 2008 Miata in for new spark plugs ($300 labor!) and induction service it ran perfectly. When I drove it off the lot, it was skipping a beat, chugged in idle like it wanted stop running. When I returned it, they kept it for literally a month and a half before telling me the radiator was leaking badly (wasn't losing fluid before I brought it in) and the cat converter needed replacing. The worst (and most expensive) auto repair decision I ever made was taking my car to Hodges Mazda for routine service.
The team is always professional. I made a last minute appointment they were able to fit me in. Very thorough staff. They went over all recommendations without adding any high pressure sales tactics. Hodges Mazda has a great team of people.
This is the 3rd Car that we've purchased at Hodges Mazda. Both our sales and service experiences have been great.
