I put in a service request on 7/5 and then on the 16th. Zero action from Duval. The weeds have gone from 2 ft tall to 3 ft tall and are taking over our Indian Hawthon plant bed. Very disappointed that after 20 days they have done nothine to take care of the problem. I live in Triology and we have 1,100 homes on group contract with them. I also requested they stop mowing our St. Augustine grass less than 2 inches high in the summer and inclluded pics. No response on that request either.
