I've purchased my last three cars at Duval Honda I've never had a problem with buying a car there... they've always been wonderful ...so I expected that their service department would be the same I was wrong ..I called them ,told them my car was acting like it was stalling .. i just bought it in May of this year .I just put some oil in it.. the oil was low and all of a sudden it started acting like it was misfiring. Through your website, I scheduled service on 6/7 2:30pm for a couple warranty issues (requiring diagnostics) and a splashguard repair. Splashguard was looked at and part ordered, but your techs leave at 2:30, so you were unable to perform necessary diagnostics. Why can I schedule an appointment online that you can't keep? Told to reschedule another time as early in the day as possible so the techs will be there. I get scheduled for 6/14, 7am.
