Fabulous place
Room was very clean and comfy. Nice hotel. Great location. Breakfast was delicious and free, it was located at the Dewey House across the street. We would stay here again.
We stayed at the Avalon guest house for 4 nights and my wife and I absolutely loved it! We initially had the queen bed size room, but they upgraded us to the king size bedroom at no charge so that was really nice! The breakfast and snack provided with our room was also great! The whole staff are incredible people and incredible at their job. Perfect location on Duval Street. Comfortable garden room right by the pool. Lovely terrace for included breakfast. Kimberley is the manager and a shining star. We loved it here.
