Update: I finally spoke to her, turns out she’s not that bad of a person. It may just be the way the family member had things set up, which was not in our best interest. I wish we could have spoken with her a lot sooner, maybe things would have turned out better. It’s going on over 3 years they are handling my parents succession. We gotten no where. One sibling is in charge and must have gotten them to agree not to talk to us. Red flags everywhere. I do not recommend this firm
Ms. Boquet’s attention to detail was impressive. She spent hours explaining complicated concepts to me and my wife. We were feeling intimidated about the whole process, but she made everything easy to understand and we felt very comfortable.
The firm's team expertly handled the estate management and subsequent proceedings following the loss of a family member. Additionally, the team my family and I work with have provided timely advice and solutions to ensure all the necessary documentation was filed, ultimately allowing for the best experience possible when dealing with these affairs.
After looking at reviews and getting a recommendation,I sought out legal assistance for a succession. After over 2 months and not hearing back on any updates, I called and left messages on 3 different occasions and not once did I receive a call back. On the 3rd call I acknowledged that I know her time is important but so is ours and would at least like a call back, if not I would like to pick up our will and seek legal assistance elsewhere.
