I visited the Tax Collector’s Office in Mandarin this past Monday and Wednesday to renew my license and transfer my tags back to Florida. Ms. Brittani assisted me on both days, and she was incredibly patient throughout my unique situation. We recently moved from Ohio to Florida. We went to the Duval County Tax Collector on San Jose Boulevard to get our drivers licenses and vehicle registration changed to Florida.
