I visited the Tax Collector’s Office in Mandarin this past Monday and Wednesday to renew my license and transfer my tags back to Florida. Ms. Brittani assisted me on both days, and she was incredibly patient throughout my unique situation. She provided clear, step-by-step guidance, offered helpful tips, and made sure I understood everything I needed to do. I have lived in Mandarin area off and on for 30 years and have done business at this branch numerous times. Today was the greatest service I’ve ever had. I got there early and only sat down for 5, no more than 10 minutes before my phone number was called. I got my new license, registered 2 vehicles and had a car title generated in record time . Your associate ID: E7416KDH was very professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable making sure all my needs were successfully completed.
I have to agree with so many other Google reviews on the Mandarin Branch of the Duval County Tax Collector. This is the most organized DMV I have ever been too. Before leaving I enrolled in The “Wait in Line” which helped tremendously as the wait time was 1 hour and 41 minutes. Got to the DMV - plenty of seating and they are good about updating you via text about your position in line. Kathleen was amazing and took care of us very quickly. Highly recommend this location.
Today Brittany helped me and my stepfather. He needed a duplicate title because we are selling his truck. I think she is at window 2. She was very helpful and professional.
