Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name… but the woman with the short red hair and cool ear piercing stack was so helpful and sweet. This was my first time at a TC office and I was slightly underprepared for my appointment, but she made the process quick and simple. Huge thank you to her!

I have visited many DMV & DDS facilities and this is by far the best! I arrived near opening time, was processed quickly and told there were 16 people ahead of me. Despite that, I was in and out within an hour. Served by a charming gentleman who dealt with my request very efficiently whilst engaging in a lovely conversation. So pleased I found this one!

My customer service associate: Brittani Listen. Me and my girlfriend went to the DMV to get a new registration and title transfer. Not gonna lie, as anyone else, we expected workers to be rude!😂 Brittani was an angel. I visited the Tax Collector’s Office in Mandarin this past Monday and Wednesday to renew my license and transfer my tags back to Florida. Ms. Brittani assisted me on both days, and she was incredibly patient throughout my unique situation. She provided clear, step-by-step guidance, offered helpful tips, and made sure I understood everything I needed to do. I Had two occasions to visit the Duvall County tax collectors office, and the second time I went I was met by a lady of the name of Lynne at reception. She helped me enormously and as I waited for my number to come up, I saw her help others.
