Brittani was amazing!!! She deserves a raise. She is very professional. She gets things done on time and cares about you. I have been to the DMV many times and have never came across anyone as nice as her. We need more people working here like her. 5 stars for Brittani!!! 😁
This is an extremely well run and clean tax collector office and considering the high volume of people flowing through here they did an excellent job of keeping everything organized and moving efficiently. Special thanks to Jennifer V. for handling my driver's license renewal professionally and quickly.
The Join the Line option at Mandarin Tax Collector is purely awesome. I had two things to accomplish and each time I went it took less than 10 minutes to get each task done. And, both desk clerks were friendly and efficient.
Unfortunately, something on the wenbsite glitched my appointment to next week, not this week. I wasn't aware of it until I got there and the employee pointed it out. Anyways, now being a "walk in", it was a four hour wait (Tuesday 12-4pm). Despite all that, I was helped by a wonderful lady named Jayme. I believe that she's an assistant manager. She was kind, friendly, funny, and a great help to her co-workers too, as I saw. Jayme everything done, correctly, as soon as possible. I think that it took about an hour.
I've visited on multiple occasions for various reasons and every single time it was an absolute pleasure! Get here early, have your correct paperwork handy and that's it. We had Tad help us out a couple of times and he was great and informative and overall pleasant guy. We've also seen a handful of staff and they're all in great moods!
