⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience! Jennifer was absolutely amazing! She walked me through the entire process of surrendering my New York plates, explained how much time I had, what to expect moving forward, and answered every question I had along the way. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, sweet, and genuinely helpful. I also loved the way the Tax Collector’s office handles the wait time. Today I went to the Tax Collector’s office located off Crown Point Rd. in Mandarin to renew my Drivers License and Tags. I arrived early before they opened and stood in line with some others. When the doors opened at 8:30, I sat down and waited for my number to be called. The wait was not very long. Matt was the gentleman that assisted me with my Driver’s License and Tag renewal.
