Today I went to the Tax Collector’s office located off Crown Point Rd. in Mandarin to renew my Drivers License and Tags. I arrived early before they opened and stood in line with some others. When the doors opened at 8:30, I sat down and waited for my number to be called. The wait was not very long. Matt was the gentleman that assisted me with my Driver’s License and Tag renewal. I always use join the line on my phone for the tax collectors office and I am in and out in 10minutes. I was severed by Shannon today and she was awesome. I had several tag renewals and she got through all of them quickly and accurately and she was super nice to talk to! When it’s time for raises and bonuses please put Shannon on the top of the list!!!
My customer service associate: Brittani Listen. Me and my girlfriend went to the DMV to get a new registration and title transfer. Not gonna lie, as anyone else, we expected workers to be rude!😂 Brittani was an angel. We recently moved from Ohio to Florida. We went to the Duval County Tax Collector on San Jose Boulevard to get our drivers licenses and vehicle registration changed to Florida. There was a very long wait for assistance, but Chris Crenshaw was finally able to help us. He was extremely friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the patience he showed as the process was very different from what we were used to.
