Can't believe I have to choose 1 star for a review, because they don't deserve 1. We test drove a car we liked that was dirty and had extra kms on it because staff are allowed to take it home as much as they like. Loved the car anyway. Seemed to get a very low ball on trade but still in negotiations with the salesperson Ben, we ran out of business hours. I used to think that Duttons was great, until they knowingly sold me a $70k Work Van as a tow vehicle, that can’t be used to tow legally! Ford will void any warranty if fitted aftermarket! Terrible service from them, dealer principal won’t even ring me back last time I called, never again will I buy a car these “typical car salesmen”
Got the Ford serviced here, friendly staff go above and beyond. They washed and vacuumed my car too for free which was a welcome bonus. I highly recommend if you're travelling through to get your car serviced here.
