Absolutely disgraceful experience with Duttons Ford Murray Bridge and Ironman 4x4. This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a dealership, and I genuinely regret ever buying an Ironman Deluxe Bullbar from them. After Duttons supplied and fitted the bullbar to my Ford Ranger, I later discovered it was interfering with my vehicle's safety systems. I recently purchased a new Ford Ranger with Kym Thomas at Duttons Ford. Kym was very personable and helpful throughout the entire process. He was transparent from start to finish, and I genuinely felt like he was looking out for my best interests. I would certainly purchase my next vehicle from Kym at Duttons again.
Went missing and never got back to me...wasted a lot of time with these guys. Incredibly frustrating.
Excellent country family business. Worth the 1 hour 20min drive from Adelaide. Sharon in service is very efficient.
Had an engine light fault & phoned around Metro Adelaide dealers & none of them would even look at it until February. Duttons fitted me in straight away & fixed issue within an hour. Cant praise them enough for looking at it so quickly. Worth the 3 hour round trip for piece of mind. Lady working the phone very accommodating & helpful.
