Came to my house gave me an estimate. The estimate was accepted. A commitment was made to complete the work at a certain time but that service appointment was a no show! They then wanted to reschedule for the next afternoon. They literally failed to show up for my appointment and then wanted me to get to the back of the line! Josh and the Dutton Plumbing team are wonderful to work with! Josh and his team are very responsive, kind, and straightforward. They help to diagnose problems, explain reasoning and ways to prevent future problems, and are obviously great at fixing all those problems. We had multiple plumbing companies come out to fix a shower problem and received quotes. Josh came out and identified the problem differently and saved us over 5 grand and a lot of hassle.
