They will promise you everything to make the sale, but once you’ve bought the car, you’re on your own. If you have any problems, don’t expect them to return your calls or help resolve the issue. Customer service disappears after the sale, and they show very little concern for their customers. Don’t buy anything that this dealership is selling. Bought a c63 and within a month the engine light has come on and won’t turn off. Taken it to Mercedes 8 times and cannot find the issue. Then to find the warranty they sold me has covered less then half of these costs to find the issue. Hardly think it’s a coincidence that the car has an issue within 30 days of me purchasing the car.
