I had a disappointing experience with this dealership. Communication and follow-up did not meet reasonable expectations, and attempts to resolve issues during the warranty period seem to be frustrating and time-consuming. I won’t go into specifics, but based on my experience I would recommend that prospective customers proceed carefully.
I have just had the pleasure of buying a beautiful car from Bryan Clark at Dutton One Chatswood. The process was seamless from start to finish. As a salesperson Bryan is highly professional and knowledgeable. As an individual he is kind and compassionate. Bryan listened to what I wanted and we looked at several cars. He was never pushy and he gave me a great trade in price for my old car. I couldn’t recommend Bryan more highly.
