Duttons Mt Barker has to be the worst customer service. My dmax had only done 7,000kms, the inside of my front tyres were bald, I rang and spoke with someone regarding this issue, booked the car in and was reassured the problem would be fixed. The most over priced/rip off mechanic/service centre I have ever been to in my life. First time skoda owner, last time going here experience type operator. If you live in the hills and need work done on a euro vehicle older than 5 years, steer well clear of this joint. Prepare to pay double for parts and labour without even fixing the problem

No customer service, treat you like an open check book. Poor quality, I now take my cars elsewhere.
