This is a busy service centre and so bookings are required, usually a couple of weeks in advance. My recent visit related to a recall issue with my MUX. Dylan took care of the process, explained everything, and even ensured my car returned to me cleaner than when I dropped it off. Waiting is never much fun. However, having the option of enjoying decent coffee, water, or soft drinks does help.

Never going back paid $1500 + to fix problem on Golf TDI...took on drive to freeway a few days after service repair and worse than before...loss of power going up hill didn't even make it up on the on ramp Mt Barker...oh its another problem and wanted $1300 more to fix...absolutely appalling and disgraceful...never ever going back terrible
Duttons Mt Barker has to be the worst customer service. My dmax had only done 7,000kms, the inside of my front tyres were bald, I rang and spoke with someone regarding this issue, booked the car in and was reassured the problem would be fixed. The car was dropped off first thing in the morning and with Duttons all day, when they rang to say the car was ready at the end of the day my wife went to pick up the car, the issue had not been fixed as promised, Duttons said they have taken pictures and sent them to Isuzu and are wai... read more
