I had problem with my air conditioning as it quit working over night .The house was already to 78 degrees by the time I got ahold of someone . I’m 80 years old and on oxygen 24-7 , long story shot they were here fixed it , reasonably priced, I refer them to anyone

Once again Dutton comes thru! Called them on a hot hot Sunday later in the day July 19 when our A/C went out. Here within 30 minutes! He tried to talk me into waiting till Monday to save me money but I wanted him to come that day. Was so quick and even cleaned the unit. Very reasonable to come at the drop of a hat and replace the capacitor all for $329. They will have our business when we replace this 20 year old model we got from another bigger company that doesn’t take care of us the same way as Dutton does!

This was our second time to use Dutton’s services. We were very happy with their work the first time. When we needed them again they came out quickly and evaluated our needs. A lightning strike took out our existing mini/split. Dutton services removed our existing unit and installed our new unit in a very timely fashion. We will continue to use them and have and will continue to tell others to call Dutton for services.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. They were fast, friendly, and professional from start to finish. After dealing with several disappointing HVAC companies in the past, it was such a relief to work with a team that truly cares about their customers. I highly recommend them!
