This place is gross to say the least. You will find garbage, cigarettes, human hair, and tons of dog poop around this property. When I’ve brought these issues up I get told they will be handled only to find that the items remain where they are until a resident take it upon themselves to clean it up as I have had to do many times. If you want a clean space, I’d recommend somewhere else.
Dutton Estates is HIGHLY recommended. The staff are so nice, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The office staff are professional, kind, and respectful, adding to my amazing experience.
Would give this place negative stars if possible… STAY AWAY. I am a current resident here and for the past 3 months I have reported my neighbors for dropping trash, cigarettes, and other items off of their porch down onto our outdoor furniture and patio. We’ve emailed both Kim Johnson and Jeremy Bishop on numerous occasions and it seems to be a recurring theme of MRD Apartments to not call anybody back. Living here has been one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had as a renter. For months, we’ve been dealing with cigarette butts, ash, and even food being regularly dropped from the balcony above onto our patio. It’s happened so often that we had no choice but to remove all of our patio furniture since it was constantly being soiled with debris. We’ve reported this issue multiple times.
