Dutton is a great place to buy a vehicle. I loved the customer service when I purchase my used Cadillac XT5. I drive 40 minutes to get my car serviced I have been doing this for 5 years because I loved the service so much. The last few times I came I did not appreciate the level service I received at the service bay. When I would drive up with appointment they would greet me right away. The last few times I had to go and ask for help. I stood outside in the Bay Area for 15 minutes . There were about 5 service people and not ... read more

Was very impressed with the level of service I got from my most recent purchase of my Cadillac. Noah Lara was an awesome sales person. He was quite helpful and very knowledgeable which was nice to have considering all the technology that there is in these cars. Even for someone such as me who enjoys technology, sometimes it’s overwhelming. Will buy another car from him when I need another. Also the finance people were super helpful as well. Just what you expect from a luxury brand.
Malik Hawkins was great to deal with. Upfront with zero pressure. Great experience
