My husband and I have been dealing with truck issues since we purchased it from Dutton. A 2022 truck already having to go thru an oil consumption test because, based on the first test, it is indeed consuming too much oil. I have to return back again for another oil reading in another 2k miles but in the meantime, was told by service manager, Jerry, that I would be responsible for the oil change fee OF ALMOST $200 since it was indicating the oil was due.
