His diagnosis of dishwasher was that it needed a new control panel. He said he would order the part which would take about 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, I phoned and left 2 messages. Calls were not returned. I called another repair company & he fixed my dishwasher by resetting the control panel computer. Problem solved. So this guy really didn't know what he was doing. Be careful if you decide to use this service.
